  • Perishable Nature of Products: Cakes and baked goods are perishable and made to order. Returns are limited to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Custom Orders: Most of our cakes, including fondant theme cakes, photo cakes, and customized designs, are tailored to your specifications. Returns for custom orders are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

  • Non-Delivery: If the cake is not delivered to the specified address within the agreed delivery window (same-day or midnight delivery).
  • Quality Issues: If the cake does not meet our quality standards (e.g., stale or poor taste), subject to verification by our team.

3. Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or no longer need the cake.
  • Taste Preferences: Subjective preferences (e.g., not liking the flavor or design) are not grounds for a return, as taste is subjective. We recommend reviewing flavor descriptions and consulting with our team before ordering.
  • Customer Errors: Mistakes in the order details provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect delivery address, wrong flavor or size selected, or incorrect personalization details) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Late Notification: Complaints raised more than 6 hours after delivery will not be considered, as perishable goods cannot be reliably assessed after this period.
  • Consumed Products: Cakes that have been partially or fully consumed cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Partial or Full Refund: A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7-10 business days. Partial refunds may be issued for minor issues (e.g., small design discrepancies).
  • Store Credit: Credit for future purchases at Lallantop Cake Shop, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, the extent of the error, and operational feasibility. For example, replacements may not be possible for midnight deliveries or last-minute orders.

  • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery in Noida, East Delhi, South-East Delhi, Ghaziabad (including Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Vasundhara), and select other areas. Delivery issues outside these areas are subject to our Shipping Policy.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided. A redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
