Since our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we follow a local, controlled delivery system to ensure quality, freshness, and timely service.

1. Delivery Areas & Availability

We currently accept and deliver orders only within our serviceable locations:

  • Delhi: East Delhi, South East Delhi, North East Delhi, South Delhi, Central Delhi, New Delhi
  • Noida: All sectors, including Noida Extension
  • Ghaziabad: Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Vasundhara, Crossing Republik, Surya Nagar, Ramprastha Colony, Siddharth Vihar and nearby areas

Orders outside these areas are not accepted to ensure product quality and delivery reliability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All cakes are prepared fresh after the order is placed. We do not sell frozen or pre-made cakes.
  • Standard preparation time is 4 to 24 hours, depending on design complexity, cake weight, customization, and current order volume.
  • You will receive order confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email after successful placement.

3. Delivery Time

  • Same-day delivery is available on select products if ordered before the daily cut-off time.
  • Next-day or scheduled delivery is available for custom and designer cakes.
  • Delivery slots and timings are shown during checkout or confirmed by our team.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, distance from our store, and order value. The exact delivery fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer non-response, re-delivery may not be possible.
  • As cakes are perishable, refunds may not apply in such cases.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the order is not delivered due to our fault or arrives damaged.

7. Quality, Hygiene & Safety

  • All cakes are prepared in hygienic conditions using premium ingredients.
  • We follow strict handling and packaging standards to ensure freshness and safety during delivery.
